Responders normally juggle five separate references under the clock. HazMate puts them on one screen, in the order the call runs: Identify → Assess → PPE → Decon. HazMate is a reader, not an author: every value on screen is pulled from a cited published source, shown word for word. The app does not select, rank, recommend, scale, or paraphrase. Your responder and your IC draw the conclusions.
